CUSD Nondiscrimination Statement 

The Calexico Unified School District prohibits discrimination, intimidation, harassment (including sexual harassment) and/or bullying based on a person’s actual or perceived ancestry, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, immigration status, nationality, race or ethnic group identification, religion, age (40 and over), physical or mental disability, pregnancy or related conditions, reproductive health decision-making, marital status, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
This notice is provided as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the California Code of Regulations Title 5, Chapter 5.3 Nondiscrimination.
